These terms govern your use of CalcTrip ("the Service"). By using it, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
A travel calculator with currency conversion and expense settlement. It can be used anonymously; you may optionally sign in to sync across devices.
2. Exchange-rate & price disclaimer (important)
Exchange rates and prices are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or real-time; a bundled snapshot may be used offline. You are responsible for your financial decisions, and the Service is not liable for resulting losses.
3. Prohibited conduct
No unlawful use, unauthorized access or automated abuse, interference with the Service, infringement of others' rights, or unauthorized data scraping.
4. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability for indirect or incidental damages is limited.
5. Changes / governing law
These terms may change and take effect when posted. Governing law and venue are finalized before launch. Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
